My sister sent a photo of the flowers she and her husband received and said they were beautiful! I was very impressed when I had to make a change to the card/message I wanted delivered with the flowers and left it over a voice mail. Well, they updated the message/card perfectly and sent me an email to confirm the new message. So great! Customer service was fantastic!
